Candace Niles a Life long Harlem resident is running for Congress to make the voices of her District heard. Tired of steadily voting for the same politicians election after election and seeing no new results she decided to run for Congress and make the difference in the world that she wanted to see. Candace has always been a fighter for the underdog and going to congress she would be fighting for her constitutes voices to be heard each and everyday.
